The City of Jacksonville Beach seeks proposals from qualified “Contractors” to manage and operate ground level parking at the Pier, Latham, 3rd Avenue North, CRA 2nd Street North, 102 2nd Avenue North, 6th Avenue Street-end and 100 block of 6th Avenue North Lot facilities located within the Central Business District (CBD) of Jacksonville Beach. This RFP provides management and operations service for a contract period of one (1) year with up to three (3) additional one (1) year extensions, for a maximum of four (4) years, upon approval of the City Manager. The parking lots are to be operated by Contractor as commercial parking facilities, and shall be used for no other purpose without prior written approval of City of Jacksonville Beach.
