Do you want to sell seasonal items  within Jacksonville Beach?

The City of Jacksonville Beach Code of Ordinances Chapter 21, Article IV permits the sale of pumpkins, Christmas trees, and firewood. Section 16-11 permits the sale of fireworks.

Application

Submit the following documentation to the City Clerk's Office:
  • Complete the application form, Sections 1, 2,  and 3
  • Copy of Photo ID
  • Division of Corporations Documents, if applicable
  • Site Plan
  • Property Owner Authorization
  • For Firework Sales: State of Florida Certificate of Registration Seasonal Retailer, per location
  • Payment to City of Jacksonville Beach, $39.60 (ea.) cash or check
