Businesses Operating on the Beach Permit
City of Jacksonville Beach Ordinance Number 2008-7963 allows a business with a current Jacksonville Beach Business Tax Receipt on file to operate on the beach from another business location that abuts the beach.

Dogs in Outdoor Dining Area Permit
In accordance with the Florida Statutes, Chapter 509.233 authorizes the City, (pursuant to Ordinance Number 2010-7995), to issue a permit to public food service establishments that provides an exemption from Section 6-501.115 of the Food and Drug Administration Food Code, in order to allow dogs in the outdoor dining areas of food service establishments.
